摘　　要：以HimmPat专利数据库收录的2023年之前的电开关的技术专利分布为研究对象,采用HimmPat专利检索系统进行相应的专利数据统计分析,以获得电开关技术的专利申请量、主要申请人、分类号分布等相关情况。本文对电开关行业发展情况进行了研究分析,并基于专利数据对电开关行业的发展现状进行分析,并提出知识产权管理方面的建议,把握目前电开关领域的最新专利动态信息,为我国政府、企业及科研机构在产业布局、研究方向、专利竞争等方面提供技术支撑。Taking the distribution of electrical switch technology patents before 2023 included in HimmPat patent database as the research object,the HimmPat patent retrieval system was used to carry out corresponding patent data statistical analysis,so as to obtain the number of patent applications,main applicants,classification number distribution and other related information of electrical switch technology.In this paper,the development of the electrical switch industry is studied and analyzed,and the current development status of the electric switch industry is analyzed based on patent data,and suggestions are put forward in intellectual property management,grasping the latest patent dynamic information in the field of electrical switch,and providing technical support for Chinese government,enterprises and scientific research institutions in industrial layout,research direction,patent competition and other aspects.
