摘　　要：现场签证作为EPC总承包项目成本管控的重要对象,加强现场签证管理具有重要意义。本文首先对现场签证的概念进行了辨析,分析了现场签证和设计变更的区别;然后对EPC总承包项目现场签证常见问题进行了分析,提出了现场签证精细化管理改进的若干措施;最后通过现场签证管理示例,表明了加强现场签证过程管控的重要性。现场签证精细化管理有助于总承包单位实现现场签证费用的主动控制和有效控制。Site visa is an important object of the cost control of EPC general contract project,it has great significance to strengthen the site visa management.This paper first analyzes the concept of site visa,and analyzes the difference between site visa and design change.Then,it analyzes the common problems of site visa for EPC general contract project,and puts forward some measures to improve the fine management of site visa.Finally,an example of site visa management shows the importance of strengthening site visa process control.The fine management of site visa can help the general contractor realize the active and effective control of site visa cost.
