摘 要:为探索一种低C/N废水脱氮新技术,本研究将绿沸石和玉米芯组成复合载体,以小球藻和活性污泥为接种物,通过吸附法构建固定化藻菌系统(IABS),探究了装置的脱氮效果及水力停留时间(HRT)对脱氮效率的影响。研究结果表明,复合载体可有效改善废水的C/N,构建的固定化藻菌系统可实现低C/N废水中氮素的有效去除。装置脱氮效果随着HRT的延长而提升,当HRT达18h时,装置的总氮去除率最高可达98%;氨氮去除率可达100%。综合而言,绿沸石和玉米芯复合载体构建的固定化藻菌系统具有脱氮效率高、无需连续投加碳源、出水水质稳定等优点。Chlorella vulgaris and activated sludge were immobilized using green zeolite and corncob as composite carriers to explore a new method for removing nitrogen from wastewater with low C/N.We investigated the denitrification capacity of immobilized algae-bacteria system(IABS)and hydraulic retention time(HRT)on denitrification efficiency.The composite carrier effectively optimized the C/N of wastewater,and the constructed immobilized algae-bacteria system effectively removed nitrogen from wastewater with low C/N.The denitrification effect of the device increased with longer HRT.With an HRT of 18 h,the removal rate of TN and NH+4-N reached up to 98%and 100%,respectively.The immobilized algae-bacteria system constructed by the composite carrier of green zeolite and corncob efficiently removes nitrogen without needing to continuously add a carbon source and has stable effluent quality.
