摘 要:杀鱼爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella piscicida,又称迟缓爱德华氏菌),可感染多种重要水产养殖动物,对全球水产养殖业造成巨大经济损失。杀鱼爱德华氏菌具有很强的环境适应性与抗逆性,通过典型的胞内寄生引发严重感染,为研究水产致病菌毒力机制的模型菌株。除T3SS/T6SS系统等典型毒力因子外,近年来又在杀鱼爱德华氏菌中鉴定出众多新型毒力因子。本文主要综述了杀鱼爱德华氏菌一些新型毒力因子(如逃逸宿主免疫杀伤因子、毒素-抗毒素、硫氧还蛋白和蛋白酶类等)以及新型毒力调控因子的研究进展,可为研究该菌致病性提供参考。Edwardsiella piscicida(previously known as Edwardsiella tarda)infects a diverse range of important animals in aquaculture,causing huge economical losses in the global aquaculture industry.E.piscicida exhibits high environmental adaptability and resistance and induces a serious infection through typical intracellular parasitism,makes it a model strain for investigation of the virulence mechanism of aquatic pathogens.In the recent years,numerous novel virulence factors of E.piscicida have been identified in addition to typical virulence factors such as the T3SS/T6SS system.This paper mainly reviews the research on some novel virulence factors including escape host immunocidal factor,toxin-antitoxin,thioredoxin,and protease,and novel virulence regulators of E.piscicida bacterium in recent years,to provide helpful guidance for the research on the pathogenicity of E.piscicida.
