摘  要:以温压补偿流量新算法在渣处理过程流量控制研究为例,通过艾默生DelaV系统功能块参数设置及过程控制数据对比分析,基于温压补偿新算法在熔池制造过程中将富氧流量控制在3540.73~3651.37 Nm^(3)/h,在本料加入及正常生产过程将富氧流量控制在5456.83~5577.27 Nm^(3)/h,均符合工艺指标要求值,彻底解决了传统电流信号处理算法中未考虑温压补偿引起的工艺富氧流量控制不准的难题,有效提高了渣处理工艺易燃易爆气体介质控制精度,实现熔化炉、烟化炉内精准配料和渣型控制,在企业设备精准计量与现场安全等多个方面具有广泛应用价值。Taking the research on the flow control of DelaV treatment process with the new algorithm of temperature and pressure compensation as an example,the oxygen-enriched flow is controlled at 3540.73~3651.37 Nm^(3)/h in the molten pool manufacturing process based on the new algorithm of temperature and pressure compensation,and at 5456.83~5577.27 Nm^(3)/h in the material addition and normal production process.All of them meet the requirements of process indexes,which completely solves the problem of inaccurate control of process oxygen-enriched flow caused by not considering temperature and pressure compensation in traditional current signal processing algorithm.It effectively improves the control accuracy of flammable and explosive gas medium in slag treatment process,realizes accurate batching and slag type control in melting furnace and fuming furnace,and has wide application value in many aspects such as accurate measurement of enterprise equipment and on-site safety.
