摘　　要：中医经方即《伤寒论》《金匮要略》中所载之方,历经千年,验之有效,是中医临床的源头活水。作为群方之祖,用药精简,配伍严谨。药味上,或加减有法,一药变化而成新方;或药量严格,而现“同药异方”之象。配伍上,或相互辅佐,药专力宏;或相反相成,协调统一。古代名家熟稔经方,在临床上广泛运用,并积累丰富经验。经方配伍有理有法,运用不论何科,注重辨证论治,可以为临床诊疗开阔思路,启发灵感。经方作为中医治疗十分重要的一部分,承担着继往开来的使命。不仅在临床治疗疾病时能够继续发挥不可替代的作用,而且对于今后中医药守正创新的发展壮大也有着很大的推动意义。The classic prescriptions,which were listed in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,had been proven effective for thousands of years and were the source of vitality in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice.As the ancestor of group prescrip⁃tions,the medication are very streamLined and the compatibility is extremely rigorous.In terms of medication,there are methods of addition and subtraction,and a new prescription is formed by changing one medicine;the dosage is strict,and there is a phenomenon of"same medicine but dif⁃ferent prescriptions".In terms of compatibility,or mutual assistance,the medicine is specialized and powerful;or complement each other,coordinate and unify.Ancient masters were familiar with classic formulas,widely used in clinical practice,and accumulated rich experience.The compatibility of clas⁃sic prescriptions is reasonable and methodical,regardless of the subject being used,with a focus on syndrome differentiation and treatment,which can broaden the thinking and inspire inspiration for clinical diagnosis and treatment.As a very important part of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,classic prescriptions bear the mission of inheriting the past and opening up the future.Not only can it continue to play an irreplaceable role in clinical treatment of diseases;but also it has great significance in promoting the development and growth of traditional Chinese medicine's innovation and integrity in the future.
