摘 要:研究高温环境下建筑加固用环氧树脂结构胶粘剂粘接性能。采用环氧树脂、低分子聚酰胺、丁基缩水甘油醚以及不同掺量的KH-550硅烷偶联剂,制备3种建筑加固用环氧树脂结构胶试件。结果表明,在高温环境下,偶联剂添加量分别为4%与6%的试件拉剪强度、粘接强度更好。添加2%偶联剂试件在较高温度下粘接性能下降幅度相对较大;添加4%偶联剂试件的导热性能较强,说明环氧树脂结构胶粘剂在添加4%偶联剂时粘接性能最佳。The bonding properties of epoxy resin structural adhesive used for building reinforcement in high temperature environment were studied.Three sets of epoxy resin structural adhesive specimens for building reinforcement were prepared by using epoxy resin,low molecular weight polyamide,butyl glycidyl ether and KH-550 silane coupling agent.The test showed that the tensile shear strength,peeling strength and bonding strength of the specimens with 4%and 6%coupling agent addition were better in high temperature environment.The adhesive properties of the specimen with 2%coupling agent decreased significantly at higher temperature.The thermal conductivity of the test specimen with 4%coupling agent was strong,indicating that the adhesion of epoxy resin structural adhesive had the best bonding performance when 4%coupling agent was added.
