碳纤维混凝土结构加固补强用环氧胶粘剂改性测试研究

摘  要:以环氧树脂为基础并在其中加入制备好的氧化石墨烯,实现环氧树脂胶粘剂改性。利用胶粘剂将碳纤维粘接到混凝土结构基体上,得到粘接性能测试用试件。将试件放入不同的测试环境中,进行粘接性能3个描述指标的测试,结果表明,随着测试时间的不断进行,3个粘接性能的测试指标均呈现下降的趋势。在平均剪切强度中,工况2环境下平均剪切强度下降的最快、最多,其次是工况4,然后是工况3,最后是工况1。剥离强度与粘接强度一样,其从低到高排序是工况3、工况2、工况4、工况1,说明高温环境会造成胶粘剂在一定程度上分解,最终导致粘接性下降。The bonding performance of adhesive is directly related to whether carbon fiber materials can effectively reinforce concrete structures.Therefore,it is necessary to prepare the adhesive for the reinforcement of carbon fiber reinforced concrete structures and analyze the bonding performance.In this study,based on epoxy resin,graphene oxide/epoxy resin adhesive was obtained by modifying the prepared graphene oxide.Carbon fiber was bonded to the structural matrix of concrete structure by adhesive,and the test specimen for bonding performance was obtained.The specimens were put into different test environments,and three descriptive indexes of adhesive properties were tested.The results showed that with the continuous testing time,all three indexes of adhesive properties showed a downward trend.Among the average shear strength,the average shear strength decreases fastest and most in the environment of working condition 2,followed by working condition 4,then working condition 3 and finally working condition 1.The peeling strength is the same as the bonding strength,and its order is case 3<case 2<case 4<case 1,which shows that the high temperature environment will cause the adhesive to decompose to some extent,and even‐tually lead to the decline of adhesion.
