高触变加成型硅橡胶胶粘剂制备及性能研究

摘　　要：用乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油作为反应的基础聚合物,选用铂-乙烯基硅氧烷配合物为催化剂,乙烯基MQ硅树脂和白炭黑作为补强剂制备加成型硅橡胶胶粘剂。白炭黑除了补强作用外还可提供较好的触变性,起到防流挂的效果,可制备高触变、性能好的透明硅橡胶胶粘剂。制备的产品最大特点具有高强度和回弹性,压缩回弹率可达到95%以上。该产品主要应用于微电子元器件密封保护、传感器及分电器等器件包封等,具有加工工艺简单、尺寸稳定、回弹性好、高强度、耐高温和耐老化等优异性能。Vinyl silicone oil and hydrogenated silicone oil were used as the base polymers for the reaction,platinum⁃vinyl siloxane complexes were used as catalysts,vinyl MQ silicone resin and carbon⁃white were used as reinforcing agents to prepare additive silicone rubber adhesives.In addition to reinforcing effect,carbon⁃white can also provide good thixotropic performance,play an anti⁃sagging effect,and can prepare transparent silicone rubber adhesives with high thixotropy and good performance.The biggest feature of this product is high strength and good rebound resilience,and the compression resilience ratio can reach more than 95%.The product is mainly used in the sealing protection of micro⁃electronic components,sensors and distributors and other devices encapsulation.It has the advantages of simple processing technology,stable size,good resilience,high strength,high temperature resistance and aging resistance and so on.
