摘 要:为了研究NaOH预处理的橡胶颗粒对橡胶混凝土耐久性的影响,以不含橡胶颗粒的砂浆和混凝土作为对照组,细骨料替代率为15%的未处理橡胶、细骨料替代率为15%和30%的NaOH预处理橡胶制备砂浆和混凝土试件。试验结果表明,混凝土的电阻率随着橡胶含量的增加而降低,NaOH预处理的橡胶混凝土吸水率最低;橡胶颗粒的掺入提高了混凝土的抗冻融性能;NaOH预处理的橡胶颗粒对混凝土的抗冻融性能影响更显著;橡胶颗粒的掺入降低了砂浆的膨胀率,掺入15%的预处理橡胶颗粒,砂浆的膨胀率最低。砂浆中橡胶颗粒含量越高,干燥收缩率越高。In order to study the effect of rubber particles pre⁃treated with NaOH on the durability of rubber concrete,mortar and concrete without rubber particles were used as the control group.Mortar and concrete samples were prepared from untreated rubber with 15%fine aggregate replacement rate and NaOH pretreatment rubber with 15%fine aggregate replacement rate and 30%NAOH pretreatment.The test results showed that the resistivity of concrete decreased with the increase of rubber content,and the water absorption of rubber concrete treated with NaOH was the lowest.The incorporation of rubber particles improved the freeze⁃thaw resistance of concrete.Rubber particles treated with NaOH had more significant effects on the freeze⁃thaw resistance of concrete.The addition of rubber particles reduced the expansion rate of mortar,and the addition of 15%pre⁃treated rubber particles had the lowest expansion rate of mortar.The higher the content of rubber particles in mortar,the higher the drying shrinkage rate.
