摘  要:为提升羽毛球拍专用丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的力学性能与疏水性能,研究制备了溴化丙烯酸亚乙酯基和乙烯基硅油2种材料并对常规丙烯酸酯进行改性处理,进而生成双离子型复合丙烯酸酯胶粘剂。通过涂层硬度测试、耐冲击性测试、附着力测试、接触角测试等手段对该材料的应用性能加以验证。经实验测试发现,双离子型复合丙烯酸酯相比于常规丙烯酸酯来说,在疏水性能方面得到了显著提升,并且保留了常规丙烯酸酯在附着力和耐冲击性方面的优良性能,虽然硬度有所下降,但仍然符合羽毛球拍的生产加工要求,具有一定的应用价值。In order to improve the mechanical and hydrophobic properties of acrylic adhesive for badminton rackets,two kinds of ethylene bromide acrylate and vinyl silicone oil were prepared and modified to form double ionic composite acrylate adhesives.The application performance of the material is verified by coating hardness test,impact resistance test,adhesion test,contact angle test and other means.Experimental tests show that compared to conventional acrylic esters,double ionomer composite acrylate had significantly improved its hydrophobicity and retained the excellent performance of conventional acrylic esters in adhesion and impact resistance.Although the hardness had decreased,it still met the production and processing requirements of badminton rackets and had certain application value.
