摘  要:以硅烷改性聚醚为基础聚合物,选择蓖麻油作为增塑剂、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷WD-21作为除水剂,配合酸钙填料和其他添加剂制备,在真空条件下混合制备可用于伸缩缝止水的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶并对其性能进行测试。结果表明,密封胶24 h的固化厚度为3.6 mm,固化3 d后基本力学性能稳定,拉伸长度和断裂伸长率分别保持在1.74 MPa、208%。固化时间为4 d时界面破坏几乎消失,粘接性能呈现出稳定状态。在测试温度从0℃持续上升到900℃的情况下,密封胶最终热失重为34%。随着浸泡时间不断增长,拉伸强度会降低但断裂伸长率会上升,但整体符合施工要求。Silane modified polyether was used as the basic polymer,castor oil was selected as the plasticizer,and vinyl trimethoxysilane WD-21 was used as the dehydrating agent,and calcium acid filler and other additives were used to prepare silane⁃modified polyether sealant that can be used for water⁃stopping in expansion joints under vacuum conditions,and its properties were tested.Experimental tests showed that the curing thickness of the sealant for 24 hours was 3.6 mm,and the basic mechanical properties remained stable after three days of curing.The tensile length and elongation at break remained at 1.74 MPa and 208%,respectively.When the curing time was 4 days,the interface damage almost disappeared,and the bonding performance showed a stable state.When the testing temperature continued to rise from 0℃to 900℃,the final thermal weight loss of the sealant was 34%.As the soaking time continued to increase,the tensile strength decreased but the elongation at break increased,but overall it met the construction requirements.
