摘　　要：为研究建筑装修装饰用丙烯酸酯改性密封胶的制备方法及其性能表征。通过对改性密封胶的成分、配方设计、制备工艺和性能测试等方面进行系统研究,以期为建筑装修行业提供高质量、环保的密封材料。设计了不同的配方和工艺参数,并采用黏度计、拉伸试验机、硬度计等仪器对所制备的密封胶进行了性能测试。结果表明,丙烯酸酯密封胶具有良好的粘接性、耐候性和耐老化性,适用于建筑装修装饰;丙烯酸酯密封胶的性能受到配方和工艺的影响,通过优化配方和工艺可以提高其性能。To study the preparation and characterization of acrylic sealant for architectural decoration.Through the systematic research on the composition,formula design,preparation technology and performance testing of sealant,in order to provide high quality and environmental protection sealing materials for building decoration industry.Different formulations and technological parameters were designed,and the properties of the prepared sealant were tested with viscometer,tensile testing machine,hardness tester and other instruments.The experimental results showed that acrylic sealant had good adhesion,weather resistance and aging resistance,and was suitable for architectural decoration.The performance of acrylic sealant was affected by the formula and process,and its performance could be improved by optimizing the formula and process.
