摘  要:试验通过聚合氯化铝PAC废渣代替水泥,制备了一种环保型混凝土材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,当掺量小于18%时,掺入PAC废渣试件的早期强度性能高于掺粉煤灰试件;当掺量为6%时,掺PAC废渣试件的28 d抗压、抗折强度最高,分别为63.2、8.9 MPa;PAC废渣在混凝土材料中具备火山灰效应;掺入3%无水硫酸钠和3%水玻璃可以激发PAC废渣的活性,促进水化反应,增强材料强度性能;最佳PAC废渣取代水泥率为12%。制备的环保型混凝土经济性好、强度良好,符合C30混凝土强度指标要求,可以作为一种绿色环保混凝土材料使用。In this experiment,an environmentally friendly concrete material was prepared by replacing cement with polyaluminum chloride PAC waste slag,and and its properties were studied.The experimental results showed that when the dosage was less than 18%,the early strength performance of the specimens mixed with PAC waste slag was higher than that of the specimens mixed with fly ash.When the dosage was 6%,the compressive and flexural strength of the specimens mixed with PAC waste residue at 28 days was the highest,with 63.2 and 8.9 MPa,respectively.PAC waste had a volcanic ash effect in concrete materials.Adding 3%anhydrous sodium sulfate and 3%water glass could stimulate the activity of PAC waste residue,promote hydration reaction,and enhance the strength performance of the material.The optimal PAC waste residue replacement rate for cement was 12%.The environmentally friendly concrete prepared in this experiment has good economy and strength,meeting the strength index requirements of C30 concrete,and can be used as a green and environmentally friendly concrete material.
