摘 要:对复合纤维混凝土进行抗冻融以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能研究,解决复合纤维混凝土在应用过程中综合性能不佳的问题。分别在混凝土泥浆中添加不同质量的钢纤维,制备出复合纤维混凝土试件。并针对两组试件分别进行抗冻融试验与抗侵蚀实验。通过对制备出的钢纤维混凝土进行抗冻融以及抗侵蚀性能进行测试,得到的结果如下:在相同冻融循环操作下,将试件抗压强度作为评价指标,不同钢纤维掺量试件的指标值均产生了明显的下降趋势。当掺量为2.00%时,试件指标值下降了68.75%;当掺量为0.00%时,试件指标值下降了90%。在相同干湿循环操作下,当钢纤维掺量增加时,不同试件的质量损失率主要为由增加至减少的变化趋势,质量损失率最高值可达到2.0%。钢纤维的掺入可以有效地提升混凝土的抗裂性能与抗侵蚀性能,钢纤维掺量为0.75%时,混凝土的抗腐蚀性能最差。To study the freeze⁃thaw resistance and sulfate corrosion resistance of composite fiber concrete,in order to solve the problem of poor comprehensive performance of composite fiber concrete in the application process.Different qualities of steel fibers were added to the concrete slurry to prepare composite fiber concrete specimens.And two sets of specimens were subjected to freeze⁃thaw resistance and erosion resistance tests respectively.By testing the freeze⁃thaw resistance and corrosion resistance of the prepared steel fiber concrete,the results were as follows:under the same freeze⁃thaw cycle operation,the compressive strength of the specimen was used as an evaluation index,and the index values of specimens with different steel fiber contents showed a clear downward trend.When the dosage was 2.00%,the index value of the specimen decreased by 68.75%.When the dosage was 0.00%,the indicator value of the specimen decreased by 90%.Under the same dry wet cycle operation,when the steel fiber content increased,the mass loss rate of different specimens mainly showed a trend of increasing to decreasing,with the highest value of mass loss rate reaching 2.0%.The addition of steel fibers could effectively improve the crack resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete.When the steel fiber content was 0.75%,the corrosion resistance of concrete was the worst.
