摘  要:为提高医用包装材料的环保性和抗菌性,试验制备含有纳米ZnO、聚多巴胺(PDA)和氧化石墨烯(GO)的纳米复合材料,再添加蜂蜡,制备蜂蜡乳液,通过涂布制备医用纸基功能材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,GPE纳米复合材料可以提高医用纸基功能材料热稳定性,材料分解温度达到367.4℃;医用纸基功能材料接触角达到124.6°,防水性能良好;在该纳米复合材料添加量0.3%~0.9%范围内,医用纸基功能材料抗菌率均达到70%以上,具备抗菌性能。根据性能测试结果和应用效果可知,该医用纸基功能材料抗菌效果良好,具备医用价值。In order to improve the environmental protection and antibacterial properties of medical packaging materials,nanocomposites containing nano⁃ZnO,polydopamine(PDA)and graphene oxide(GO)were prepared in an experiment,and beeswax emulsion was prepared by beeswax,and medical paper⁃based functional materials were prepared by coating,and their properties were studied.The results showed that GPE nanocomposites could improve the thermal stability of medical paper⁃based functional materials,with a decomposition temperature of 367.4℃.The contact angle of medical paper⁃based functional materials reached 124.6°,with good waterproof performance.Within the range of 0.3%~0.9%addition of nanocomposites,the antibacterial rate of medical paper⁃based functional materials reached over 70%,indicating antibacterial properties.According to the performance test results and application effects,it can be concluded that the medical paper⁃based functional material has good antibacterial effect and medical value.
