摘  要:为增强沥青路面裂缝的修补效果,试验制备了面层修复材料和半刚性基层修复材料,并对修复材料的性能和施工工艺进行研究。结果表明,面层修复材料中的最佳聚氨酯掺量为30%时,材料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别是32.5 MPa、28.1%,老化后强度仅下降18.3%。用该面层修复材料对路面裂缝进行修补,可使路面裂缝强度恢复79.4%。半刚性基层修复材料中的最佳含水量为0.75%时,材料黏度为207.6 mPa·s,膨胀性能较好,且修补后的试件劈裂抗拉强度恢复超过80%。采用焊接裂缝法,将面层修复材料和半刚性基层修复材料结合,对路面裂缝进行修补,可以达到路面修复标准。To enhance the repair effect of asphalt pavement cracks,surface repair materials and semi rigid base repair materials were prepared in this experiment,and the performance and construction technology of the repair materials were studied.The results indicated that the optimal polyurethane content in the surface repair material was 30%.At this time,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the material were 32.5 MPa and 28.1%,respectively,the strength only decreased by 18.3%after aging.Using this surface repair material to repair road cracks could restore the strength of road cracks by 79.4%.The optimal moisture content in the semi rigid base repair material was 0.75%,the material had a viscosity of 207.6 mPa·s,the expansion performance was good,and the splitting tensile strength of the repaired specimen recovered more than 80%.The use of welding crack method,combining surface repair materials with semi rigid base repair materials,to repair road cracks can meet the road repair standards.
