摘 要:为了提升基于节能减排的电力基建用纤维复合材料的储能性能,采用化学沉积法制备了碳纤维(CF)/Co_(3)O_(4)复合材料,对比分析了碳纤维和碳纤维复合材料的显微形貌、物相组成和储能特性。结果表明,CF/Co_(3)O_(4)复合材料中的碳纤维会发生高温氧化而形成二氧化碳,挥发后造成质量损失,最终Co_(3)O_(4)质量分数约为23.60%。CF/Co_(3)O_(4)复合材料中Co_(3)O_(4)已均匀涂覆在碳纤维表面,比表面积约为343.3 m^(2)/g,粘附在碳纤维表面的Co_(3)O_(4)厚度约为0.1μm。与碳纤维相比,相同电流密度下CF/Co_(3)O_(4)复合材料的放电比容明显较高。相同电流密度和循环次数下复合材料的放电比容量从高至低顺序为:CF/Co_(3)O_(4)、CF/ZnO、CF/SnO_(2)、CF/SnO_(2)/Ni,CF/Co_(3)O_(4)复合材料相较其他碳基复合材料有相对更好的电化学性能。In order to improve the energy storage performance of fiber composite materials for power infrastructure based on energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon fiber CF/Co_(3)O_(4)composite materials were prepared by chemical deposition method.The microstructure,phase composition,and energy storage characteristics of carbon fiber and carbon fiber composite materials were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that the carbon fibers in CF/Co_(3)O_(4)composites oxidized at high temperature to form carbon dioxide,which caused mass loss after evaporation.The final weight of Co_(3)O_(4)was approximately 23.60%.In CF/Co_(3)O_(4)composite materials,Co_(3)O_(4)had been uniformly coated on the surface of carbon fibers,with a specific surface area of about 343.3 m^(2)/g.The thickness of Co_(3)O_(4)adhered to the surface of carbon fibers was about 0.1μm.Compared with carbon fiber,the discharge specific capacitance of CF/Co_(3)O_(4)composite material was significantly higher at the same current density.The order of dis‐charge specific capacity of composite materials under the same current density and cycle number from high to low was:CF/Co_(3)O_(4)>CF/ZnO>CF/SnO_(2)>CF/SnO_(2)/Ni.CF/Co_(3)O_(4)composite materials had relatively better electrochemical performance compared to other carbon based composite materials.
