摘 要:基于高炉工艺的低碳工艺技术,中国宝武自主开发了富氢碳循环氧气高炉(HyCROF)新工艺,旨在通过碳循环来实现碳化学能的完全利用,同时使用氢替代碳还原和电替代碳加热,从而达到大幅度碳减排的目标。为了验证HyCROF工艺技术理念的可行性和碳减排效果,在已有的430m高炉基础上,通过改造建设了工业规模级HyCROF试验平台,并持续开展了大量的工业实证研究。研究结果表明:①HyCROF工艺安全、稳定、顺行、高效,抗波动能力强,可大幅降低固体燃料消耗;②HyCROF工艺碳减排效果显著,依靠碳循环时,固体燃料消耗可下降30%,碳素比也下降了30%,再结合富氢,固体燃料消耗和碳素比可下降约37%。China Baowu has developed the Hydrogen-enriched Carbon Recycling Oxygenate Furnace(HyCROF)process based on the BF low-carbon ironmaking technology,aiming to fully utilize carbon chemical energy through carbon recycling.Furthermore,hydrogen is used to replace the carbon in the reduction process,and electricity is used to replace carbon for stock heating with the purpose of significant reduction of carbon emission.To verify the feasibility of HyCROF process tech-nology concept and carbon reduction effect,Baowu Steel renovates the existing 430m'BF to an experimental platform of in-dustrial scale HyCROF,by which a lot of experimental researches are conducted.The research results show that:(1)Hy-CROF process is efficient,safe and stable;it runs smoothly and tolerates great fluctuation of furnace condition,additionally much less reducing agents need to be used;(2)HyCROF process stands out for its remarkable carbon emission reduction effect;both the solid fuel consumption and the carbon rate can decrease by 30%when it works under carbon recycling,and the solid fuel and carbon consumption can decrease by about 37% if hydrogen-enrichment is applied additionally.
