数字普惠金融对中部地区经济增长的空间溢出效应研究

摘　　要：在中国经济发展区域不平衡背景下,研究数字普惠金融对区域经济增长的空间溢出效应具有理论与现实意义。通过构建空间计量模型,采集2011—2021年中国中部地区80个地级市的数据,实证分析表明:第一,数字普惠金融发展和经济增长均存在空间集聚性,且总体上呈现显著的正向空间相关性;第二,数字普惠金融的发展可以推动本地区的经济增长;第三,数字普惠金融的发展阻碍了邻近地区的经济增长。据此建议:一是加强数字普惠金融基础设施建设,普及金融知识;二是深化区域金融合作;三是制定行业进入准则,提高相应补贴;四是推动产业结构升级;五是强化风险监管,保护客户合法权益。In the context of regional imbalance in Chinas economic development,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the spatial spillover effect of digital Inclusive Finance on regional economic growth.Based on the data of 80 prefecture-level cities in central China from 2011 to 2021,the results of empirical analysis of spatial econometrics model show that:First,there is spatial agglomeration in the development of digital inclusive finance and economic growth,and the two show a significant positive spatial correlation overall.Second,the development of digital financial inclusion can drive economic growth in the region.Third,the development of digital financial inclusion will have a negative spatial spillover effect on economic growth,that is,the development of digital financial inclusion hinders the economic growth of neighboring regions.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations:First,strengthen the construction of digital inclusive financial infrastructure and popularize financial knowledge.Second,deepen regional financial cooperation.The third is to formulate industry entry guidelines and increase corresponding subsidies.Fourth,promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Fifth,strengthen risk supervision and protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers.
