摘　　要：目的:分析创伤骨科急诊患者术后创口感染的影响因素,为完善相关预防措施提供参考。方法:选取周口淮海医院2022年7月至2023年7月收治的600例创伤骨科急诊患者为研究对象,均接受手术治疗,依据术后是否出现创口感染分为感染组、未感染组。收集患者的临床资料,采用logistic回归分析创口感染的影响因素。结果:600例创伤骨科急诊患者术后发生创口感染92例(15.33%)。年龄≥60岁、骨折类型为开放性、合并糖尿病是创伤骨科急诊患者术后创口感染的危险因素(P<0.05),平均每日换药次数≥2次、术前白蛋白≥35 g/L、术前使用抗生素、术后平均每日下床活动次数≥3次是创伤骨科急诊患者术后创口感染的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:创伤骨科急诊患者术后创口感染受骨折类型、术前使用抗生素等多种因素影响,医护人员可据此开展针对性干预,以减少术后创口感染的发生。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of postoperative wound infection in emergency patients with orthopedic trauma,and provide a reference for improving relevant preventive measures.Methods:600 emergency patients with orthopedic trauma admitted to Huaihai Hospital of Zhoukou City from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All of them received surgical treatment.They were divided into infection group and non-infection group based on whether there was wound infection afer surgery.Clinical data of patients were collected and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of wound infection.Results:Among 600 emergency patients wtih orthopedic trauma,92 cases(15.33%)developed wound infection after surgery.Age≥60 years,open fracture type,and diabetes were risk factors for postoperative wound infection in emergency patients with orthopaedic trauma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative wound infection in emergency patients wtih orthopedic trauma is influenced by various factors such as fracture type and preoperative use of antibiotics.Medical staff can carry out targeted interventions based on these factors in order to reduce the occurrence of postoperative wound infection.
