摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病重症监护病房(CCU)静疗小组在中心静脉导管(CVC)维护中的作用。方法:对我院CCU 2022年3—5月的101例CVC置管患者敷料护理问题进行回顾性分析,成立静疗小组,针对存在的问题制定培训计划,统一CVC敷料维护标准化流程,并开始对导管维护进行改进。对我院CCU 2022年7—9月的91例CVC置管患者敷料护理情况进行第2次汇总分析,对比改进前后的实施效果。结果:成立静疗小组对导管维护进行改进后,CVC的平均维护周期长于改进前,非计划维护率低于改进前,护理人员对CVC维护的规范率高于改进前(P<0.05)。结论:成立静疗小组,不仅可以提高护理人员对CVC维护的规范性,还可提高CVC维护的有效性,降低CVC非计划维护的发生。Objective:To explore the role of intravenous infusion therapy team from coronary care unit(CCU)in the maintenance of central venous catheter(CVC).Methods:The dressing nursing problems of 101 patients with CVC catheterization in our CCU from March to May 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A intravenous infusion therapy team was established to formulate a training plan for the existing problems,unify the standardized process of CVC dressing maintenance,and began to improve the catheter maintenance.The dressing nursing of 91 patients with CVC catheterization in our CCU from July to September 2022 was summarized and analyzed for the second time,and the implementation effect before and after the improvement were compared.Results:After intravenous infusion therapy team was established to improve the catheter maintenance,the average maintenance cycle of CVC was longer than that before the improvement,the unplanned maintenance rate was lower than that before the improvement,and the nursing staff's standard rate of CVC maintenance was higher than that before the improvement(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of intravenous infusion therapy team can not only improve the standardization of CVC maintenance by nurses,but also improve the effectiveness of CVC maintenance and reduce the occurrence of unplanned CVC maintenance.
