摘 要:为有效提升船闸通行效率和管理效能,以叶榭塘水利枢纽船闸为例,通过对船闸运行管理现状及信息化需求进行分析,提出智慧船闸建设方案,利用AIS系统、GIS数据等技术和微信小程序平台开发符合船闸实际工况的安全智慧管理系统,实现船舶远程申报、船闸智能调度、设施设备全周期管理、过闸信息发布等功能,对提升船闸管理的信息化、智慧化、标准化水平具有重大意义。To effectively improve the efficiency and management effectiveness of ship locks,using the Yexietang water conservancy hub ship lock as an example,an analysis of the current operation and management status of ship locks and the demand for informatization is conducted.A smart ship lock construction plan is proposed,utilizing technologies such as AIS systems,GIS data,and developing a WeChat mini-program platform to create a secure and intelligent management system tailored to the actual operational conditions of the ship lock.This system enables functions such as remote vessel declaration,intelligent lock scheduling,comprehensive lifecycle management of facilities and equipment,and dissemination of lock passage information.This initiative holds significant importance for enhancing the informatization,intelligence,and standardization levels of ship lock management.
