支持老年人工作的人因干预措施研究现状和趋势分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国老龄化程度日益加深,延迟退休、老年人再就业等研究课题逐渐升温。针对衰老对老年人工作表现的影响因素以及对应的人因干预措施,国外已开展了不少研究,然而目前国内学界对该领域的研究仍处于开发探索阶段。为了解支持老年人工作的人因干预措施研究趋势与现状,本文使用文献计量的方法,对从Web of Science中获取的老龄工作支持相关文献数据进行可视化分析研究,通过对CiteSpace生成的科学知识图谱和表格进行解读分析,得出此领域近25年的研究热点和主要内容以及未来研究方向。In recent years,as China is rapidly moving toward an aging society,research topics such as delayed retirement and re-employment of the elderly have received increasing attention.Many studies have been developed abroad on the influence factors of aging on the work performance of the elderly and the corresponding ergonomic intervention measures.However,the research in this field is still in the stage of development and exploration in China.In order to understand the development trend and research status of ergonomic intervention measures in supporting elderly employment,this paper uses the bibliometric method to visually analyze the literature data related to the work support of the elderly obtained from the Web of Science.Through the interpretation and analysis of the scientific knowledge map and tables generated by CiteSpace,the research focus,main contents and future research directions in this field in the past 25 years are obtained.
