摘 要:在职中老年人群在企业数字化转型过程中面临较大的适应障碍。本文首先通过用户访谈了解在职中老年群体日常使用手机App的情况;随后,针对他们对办公App使用动力不足的情况,参考凯文·韦巴赫与丹·亨特提出的游戏化思维及相关DMC系统,提炼企业办公App界面的游戏化要素,并据此构建界面适老化设计模型,希望通过界面的游戏化,增强在职中老年人群使用办公App的动力和愉悦度。研究旨在为中老年人群更好地融入企业数字化转型提供一定帮助。The working middle-aged and elderly groups are facing the difficulties of adapting to the process of enterprise digital transformation. This paper first learns about the daily use of mobile apps by the working middle-aged and elderly groups through user interviews. In view of the gamification thinking and the related DMC system proposed by Kevin Werbach and Dan Hunter, the gamification elements in the interface of working apps are extracted in order to construct an aging-friendly interface design model of such apps. By integrating the gamification thinking into the interface design, the authors hope the model can help the working middle-aged and elderly groups enjoy using the apps for work and further enhance their motivation to use them continuously. This study aims to provide some help for the middle-aged and older people better adapt to the wave of digital transformation in the workplace.
