摘 要:文中开展了不同工艺条件下装配式GRC-PC复合墙板收缩性能的研究,并与单一材料墙板进行了对比。结果表明,GRC墙板与C30混凝土墙板的收缩应变随着时间的延长,呈现先快速降低后平稳的趋势;C30混凝土墙板的收缩应变稳定在-80×10^(-6)μm,较GRC墙板的收缩应变降低93.2%。与GRC墙板收缩应变相比,GRC-PC墙板的表面收缩应变及内部收缩应变的降低幅度分别为89.2%、94.9%;与C30墙板收缩应变相比,复合墙板内部的收缩应变降幅达到33.3%。加入钢丝网后,GRC-PC复合墙板+钢丝网的表面收缩应变开始下降,具有更好的抗裂性能。This paper studies the shrinkage performance of the assembled GRC-PC composite wall board under different process conditions and compares it with a single material wall board.The results show that the shrinkage strain of GRC wall board and C30 concrete single material wall board increases with the increase of time;the shrinkage strain of C30 concrete wall board is stable at-80×10^(-6)μm,which is 93.2%lower than that of CRC wall board.Compared with the pure GRC wall panel shrinkage strain,the surface and internal shrinkage strains of GRC-PC wall panels were 89.2%and 94.9%,respectively.Compared with the pure C30 wall board shrinkage strain,the shrinkage strain inside the composite wall board decreased by 33.3%.After the addition of wire mesh,the surface shrinkage strain of GRC-PC composite wall board+wire mesh began to decrease,with stronger crack resistance.
