摘 要:文中以某桥梁工程为例,利用实测技术评价桥梁工程的力学特性,深入探析超强高韧性树脂混凝土在桥梁加固施工中的应用,并对加固效果进行评价。实践表明,超强高韧性树脂混凝土中的聚醚、聚异氰酸酯和粉煤灰最佳配比为1∶1∶3.8;加固后,桥梁工程的主梁抗弯承载力比加固前提升了26.6%,主梁位置的挠度降幅达到13.5%,证实本工程的加固方案有利于提升桥梁的使用性能。This paper takes a bridge project as an example,evaluates the mechanical characteristics of the bridge project by using the actual measurement technology,deeply explores the application of super high toughness resin concrete in bridge reinforcement construction,and eval-uates the construction effect.The practice shows that the optimum mixture ratio of polyether,polyisocyanate and fly ash of super high toughness resin concrete is 1:1:3.8;After the reinforcement,the flexural capacity of the main beam and of the composite structure of the bridge pro-ject increased by 26.6%,respectively,compared with that before the reinforcement.After the reinforcement,the deflection of the main beam position decreased by 13.5%,which confirmed that the reinforcement scheme in the project has a significant improvement effect on the service performance of the bridge.
