摘 要:由外围钢框架和内部混凝土芯筒组成的框筒结构具有刚度大、造价低等优点,已在超高层建筑设计施工中得到了广泛应用。随着使用年限的增加,需对该建筑结构进行改造加固,因此,混凝土墙柱托换施工必不可少。文中以某超高层建筑工程项目为例,对混凝土墙柱托换方案进行了详细阐述,并基于二次受力对其进行改造加固设计,利用测试仪器以及支撑系统设计对托换全过程进行测试与分析,验证托换加固方式的实际应用加固效果,以期进一步提高工程施工质量。The frame-tube structure,which consists of the outer steel frame and the inner concrete core,has been widely used in the design and construction of super high-rise buildings at present because of its high stiffness and low cost.With the increase of service life,the building structure needs to be reformed and strengthened,so the construction of concrete wall and column support is essential.Taking a super high-rise building project as an example,the paper elaborated the concrete wall column replacement scheme,and carried out the renovation and rein-forcement design based on the secondary force,and tested and analyzed the whole process of the replacement by using test instruments and sup-port system design,so as to verify the practical application reinforcement effect of the reinforcement method,with a view to further improving the construction quality of the project.
