摘 要:文中针对某工业厂房地基承载力荷载要求不达标的现状,从厂房复杂地质状况出发,制定地基处理加固及布桩设计方案,并实施加固施工方案,对工后密实度及载荷效果进行试验分析。结果表明,沉管碎石桩可提高地基下部软弱土层承载力,减少地基不均匀沉降,在建筑厂房地基处理中具有良好的应用效果,值得推广应用。Taking a plant building project as an example,this paper puts forward the construction and reinforcement technology of sand and gravel piles with vibration immersed pipe in view of the current situation that the bearing capacity requirements of the original plant foundation are not up to standard.According to the complex geological condition of the plant,the foundation treatment and reinforcement scheme and pile layout design and reinforcement construction are formulated,and the test analysis is carried out on the post-construction compactness and load effect.The results show that the immersed pipe crushed stone pile can improve the bearing capacity of the weak soil layer in the lower part of the foundation,reduce the uneven settlement of the foundation,and has a good application effect in the foundation treatment of building work-shops,and is worth to be popularized in practical projects.
