钢板墙核心筒与混凝土核心筒经济成本对比分析

摘　　要：文中主要就钢板墙核心筒与混凝土核心筒的直接经济造价及间接经济利润进行对比分析。结果表明,与混凝土核心筒相比,钢板墙核心筒的钢筋及型钢用量较大,而混凝土材料的用量较小。与混凝土核心筒相比,钢板墙核心筒造价增加了13.5%,结构占用面积减少了约2405.82 m^(2),可增加的间接效益达到3608.73万元,缩短的工期节约利息达到748万元;钢板墙核心筒总经济效益为2825.85万元,比混凝土核心筒方案利润收益高出5.4%。In this paper,the direct economic cost and indirect economic profit of steel plate wall core tube and concrete core tube are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the concrete core tube,the steel plate wall core tube has a larger amount of reinforcement and section steel,but a smaller amount of concrete material.Compared with the cost of the concrete core tube,the cost of the steel plate wall core tube has increased by 13.5%.The structure occupied area of steel plate wall core tube is reduced by about 2405.82 m^(2),and the indirect benefit can be increased to 368.73 million yuan.The shortened construction period saved 7.48 million yuan in interest;The total economic benefit of the slab core tube is 28.2585 million yuan,which is 5.4%higher than the profit of the concrete core tube program.
