终末期肾病病人保守肾脏管理的研究进展

摘　　要：从保守肾脏管理的概念、必要性、临床实践、质量评价4个方面进行综述,详细阐述了核心要素、症状管理、并发症管理、决策辅助、预后评估和沟通、预立医疗照护计划的具体措施,以期提高医护人员对保守肾脏管理的认知和理解,把握护理实践标准,为保守肾脏管理在我国的发展提供参考依据,改善终末期肾病病人生活质量和照护结局。The concept,necessity,clinical practice and quality evaluation of conservative kidney management were reviewed,The core elements,symptom management,complication management,decision aid,prognosis assessment and communication,and specific measures of advance medical care plan were elaborated,in order to improve the cognition and understanding of medical staff on conservative kidney management and grasp the standards of nursing practice.To provide a reference for the development of conservative kidney management in China,and improve the quality of life and care outcomes of patients with end-stage renal disease.
