摘  要:为解决川渝地区钻前工程的水泥稳定碎石基层成本及资源问题,并将主要污染物油基岩屑进行资源化利用已成为钻井工程难题。从四川省某井钻前工程应用角度出发,利用油基岩屑、改性固化剂MSM、水泥和粉煤灰进行固化实验研究,通过XRF、XRD和SEM微观分析。试验结果表明:油基岩屑经固化处理后,其平均强度可以达到2.5 MPa,水稳性可以达到94%,满足规范要求,可直接用作路基填料。此外,改性固化剂能促进油基岩屑中活性SiO_(2)、BaSO_(4)、CaCO_(3)等物质解聚,并与普通硅酸盐水泥发生二次水化反应,产生C-S-H与C-A-H水化产物,增强基层结构密实性和工程性能。In order to solve the cost and resource problems of cement-stabilized gravel base in pre-drilling projects in Si-chuan and Chongqing areas,it has become a difficult problem in drilling engineering to make resource utilization of oil-based cuttings,the main pollutant.From the perspective of pre-drilling engineering application of a well in Sichuan Prov-ince,curing experiments were carried out by using oil-based cuttings,modified curing agent MSM,cement and fly ash,and microscopic analysis was conducted by XRF,XRD and SEM.The test results show that the average strength of oil-based cuttings after curing can reach 2.5 MPa and the water stability can reach 94%,which meets the requirements of the code and can be used directly as subgrade filler.In addition,the modified curing agent can promote the depolymerization of ac-tive SiO_(2),BaSO_(4),CaCO_(3) and other substances in oil-based rock debris,and secondary hydration reaction with ordinary Portland cement to produce C-S-H and C-A-H hydration products,and enhance the structural compactness and engineer-ing performance of the base.
