摘 要:基于传统的砂箱模拟锚杆抗拔试验存在的不足,根据相似理论,研发一种模拟软岩锚固性能的模型试验相似材料制备方案,以风干土、水泥、水、土壤固化剂为主要材料配制而成,已有配比试验结果显示,通过调节不同添加料的比例,可以得到满意的模拟软岩的相似材料,试验中所选的2种土料可以模拟抗压强度0.2~2.0 MPa,弹性模量7~160 MPa左右的模型试验软质岩的相似材料,具有软质岩的力学性能要求,这表明该相似材料是一种理想的软质岩模拟相似材料,并且具备成本低、易于模型制备等特点。Based on the shortcomings of traditional sand box simulation anchor rod pull-out test,a model test similar material preparation scheme for simulating soft rock anchoring performance was developed based on similarity theory.The main materials used were air dried soil,cement,water,and soil solidifying agent.Existing proportioning test results showed that satisfactory similar materials for simulating soft rock can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of different additives.The two selected soil materials in the experiment can simulate similar materials for soft rock with compressive strength of 0.2~2.0 MPa and elastic modulus of 7~160 MPa,which have mechanical performance requirements for soft rock.This indicates that this similar material is an ideal soft rock simulation similar material and has low cost and easy model preparation characteristics.
