摘  要:针对冷铺乳化沥青铺筑时固化成型速度过慢,乳化沥青混合料微波吸收性能较差的问题,通过掺入SiC-Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料(SF),以增强乳化沥青混合料的微波吸收性能,用微波加热的方式加快乳化沥青摊铺时的固化成型速度。结果表明:SF掺量、SF复合比例对乳化沥青混合料微波吸收性能影响较大;SF掺量为4%,SiC和Fe_(3)O_(4)复合比例为1∶1时乳化沥青混合料微波吸收性能最佳。Aiming at the problems of slow curing speed and poor microwave absorption performance of emulsified as-phalt mixture in cold laying,this paper added SiC-Fe_(3)O_(4) composite material(SF)to enhance the microwave absorption performance of emulsified asphalt mixture,and accelerated the curing and forming speed of emulsified asphalt pavement by microwave heating.The results show that SF content,SF recombination ratio and microwave power have great influ-ence on microwave absorption performance,and ambient temperature has little influence on microwave absorption per-formance.The microwave absorption and curing properties are the best when SF content is 4%and the composite ratio of SiC and Fe_(3)O_(4) is 1∶1.
