摘 要:采用微弧氧化(MAO)的方法在硅酸盐体系碱性电解质液在AZ91D镁合金基体表面上获得了颜色均匀、致密性好的微弧氧化陶瓷膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察陶瓷膜微观形貌,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了物相,用盐水浸泡试验考察了陶瓷膜防腐蚀性能。讨论了高锰酸钾浓度对陶瓷膜的表面形貌和性能的影响。结果表明,微弧氧化膜主要由MgAl_(2)O_(4)和MgO相组成。当高锰酸钾添加量为0.5 g/L,柠檬酸为1.5 g/L时所得膜层更加致密,膜层的综合性能最好。The micro-arc oxidation ceramic film with uniform color and good compactness was obtained on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy matrix in the alkaline electrolyte liquid of the silicate system by micro-arc oxidation(MAO)method.The microscopic morphology of the ceramic film was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),the phase was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the corrosion resistance of the ceramic film was investigated by salt water immersion test.The effect of potassium permanganate concentration on the surface morphology and properties of ceramic film was discussed.The results showed that the micro-arc oxide film was mainly composed of MgAl_(2)O_(4) and MgO phases.When the addition amount of potassium permanganate was 0.5 g/L and citric acid was 1.5 g/L,film layer was more dense,and the comprehensive performance of the film layer was the best.
