摘  要:以生物可降解明胶(Gelatin,GEL)为基体材料,阿拉伯胶与海藻酸钠为增稠剂,乙醇为交联速率的调节剂,蔗糖为增色剂,制备生态油墨,并对其印刷效果进行研究。优化得出利用7%的GEL、3%的阿拉伯胶与海藻酸钠、10%的柠檬黄、3%的蔗糖、2.6%的无水乙醇制备的生态油墨性能最佳。其具有良好的流动性、粘度、黏着性和着色力强度等性能,丝网印刷后得到的图文颜色鲜明、纹理清晰、油墨分布均匀,该生态油墨有望替代传统有机溶剂型油墨应用于食品包装领域。Biodegradable gelatin(GEL)was used as the base material,gum arabic and sodium alginate as thickeners,ethanol as a regulator of the cross-linking rate and sucrose as an additive to prepare the eco-ink and study its printing effect.The optimum properties of the eco-ink was obtained by using 7% GEL,3% gum arabic and sodium alginate,10% citric yellow,3% sucrose and 2.6% anhydrous ethanol.It had good fluidity,viscosity,adhesion and color strength and other properties,the images and texts obtained by screen printing the bright graphic color,clear texture,uniform ink distribution.The eco-ink was expected to replace traditional organic solvent-based inks in food packaging applications.
