摘 要:采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸三酸体系作为消解液,运用微波消解前处理、电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定土壤和沉积物中钾、镁、钠、钙、锡、钒、锰、镉、钴、铬、铜、镍、铅、硒、锑和锌等16种金属元素。此方法各元素的检出限在0.002~0.016 mg/L之间,各样品平行测定结果的相对标准偏差在0.40%~2.85%之间,平均加标回收率在85.7%~106.6%之间。该方法具有检出限低、精密度好、准确度高的特点,样品测定结果接近样品真实浓度。The nitric acid-hydrochloric acid-hydrofluoric acid system was used as the dissolution solution,disposed by microwave digestion instrument and determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer to analyze 16 metal elements such as K,Mg,Na,Ca,Sn,V,Mn,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Se,Sb and Zn in soil and sediment.The detection limit of each element in this method was between 0.002 mg/L and 0.016 mg/L,the relative standard deviation of the parallel determination results of each sample was between 0.40% and 2.85%,and the average spiked recovery was between 85.7% and 106.6%.This method had the characteristics of lower detection limit,better precision and higher accuracy.The sample determination results were close to the true concentration.
