摘 要:为了快速测定农业土壤中有效钼的含量,本文建立了碰撞池-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定不同酸碱度土壤中有效钼的方法。该方法准确可靠,方法检出限低至0.002 mg/kg,定量限为0.005 mg/kg,相对误差和RSD均小于5%。与现有的有效钼的测定方法相比,该方法根据土壤中的pH选择相对应的提取方法,降低了样品的提取时间,缩短了土壤中有效钼的测定周期,提高了工作效率,适用于各生产实验室大批量样品的测定。In order to quickly and accurately determine the content of available molybdenum in agricultural soil,a determination method of available molybdenum in soil with different pH by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with collision cell technology was established.This method was accurate and reliable,with a detection limit as low as 0.002 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.005 mg/kg.The relative error and RSD were less than 5%.Compared with the existing methods for available molybdenum,the method selected the corresponding extraction method according to the pH in the soil,reduced the extraction time of the sample,shortened the determination cycle of available molybdenum in the soil,improved the work efficiency,and suitable for the determination of large quantities of samples in various production laboratories.
