摘 要:环境影响评价是控制环境风险的“安全阀”,也是在发展中守住绿水青山的第一道防线,对协同推进经济高质量发展和生态环境高水平保护发挥着重要作用。本文针对某塑料加工项目在生产过程中可能产生的环境影响(地表水、大气、声和固体废物)进行识别、评价和分析,并根据各污染物状况提出相应的环保治理和管理措施。若运营期间项目能够认真落实做好本次环境影响评价中所提出的各项污染防控措施和环境管理对策,确保污染物达标排放,则该项目投入运营后不会对周围环境产生明显的影响,从环境保护角度分析、论证,该项目的建设是可行的。Environmental impact assessment is a“safety valve”for controlling environmental risks,and also the first line of defense for maintaining green waters and mountains in development.It plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development and high-level ecological environment protection in a coordinated manner.The potential environmental impacts(surface water,atmosphere,sound,and solid waste)that may occur during the production process of a certain plastic processing project were identified,evaluated and analyzed,and corresponding environmental governance and management measures based on the status of each pollutant were proposed.If the project can conscientiously implement the pollution prevention and control measures and environmental management strategies proposed in this environmental impact assessment during the operation period to ensure the standard discharge of pollutants,the project will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment after being put into operation.From the perspective of environmental protection analysis and demonstration,the construction of the project was feasible.
