离心式压缩机干气密封频繁损坏的原因分析

摘　　要：介绍了合成气压缩机干气密封的基本情况,介绍了干气密封在运行过程中的损坏情况,就离心式压缩机在运行过程中干气密封频繁损坏的原因从压缩机本身的设计缺陷、密封的技术水平差异、工艺流程的缺陷、盘车方式的设计缺陷等四方面进行了分析,找出了导致干气密封损坏的4个因素,并采取了有针对性的技术改造措施,提升了干气密封的运行寿命,确保了合成气压缩机的安全稳定运行。The basic situation of dry gas seal of synthetic gas compressor was introduced,and the damage of dry gas seal during operation was introduced,the causes of frequent failure of dry gas seal of centrifugal compressor during operation were analyzed from four aspects:design defect of compressor itself,technical difference of seal,defect of process flow and design defect of turning wheel,four factors that led to the damage of dry gas seal were found out,and the pertinent technical reform measures were taken to improve the service life of dry gas seal and ensure the safe and stable operation of synthetic gas compressor.
