摘 要:根据对恶劣气候条件下接触网软横跨施工特殊性的分析,结合接触网软横跨相关技术参数、影响因素及实际工程特点,着重研究了恶劣气候条件下接触网软横跨施工关键技术原理,提出了恶劣气候条件下施工关键技术。建立接触网软横跨模型,通过对软横跨基础结构参数的确定、横向承力索的水平张力及其最低悬挂点推算、定测,结合轨面高程、基准点的测量及计算,完成了软横跨上下部定位索长度、直吊弦长度等相关参数的定测;建立数学计算模型,推导相关计算及验证公式,确定线材、零部件等的规格、型号及安装组合参数;同时,数据测量工具及冷滑检测装置的研发,有力地提高了恶劣气候条件下的工程测量、施工及检测精度。Based on the analysis of the particularity of catenary soft span construction under bad weather conditions,and combined with the relevant technical parameters,influence factors and practical engineering characteristics,the key technology principle of catenary soft span construction under bad weather conditions is emphatically studied,and the key technology of construction under bad weather conditions is put forward.The soft span model of catenary is established,and the fixed measurement of the relevant parameters such as the length of the positioning cable at the upper and lower part of the soft span,and the vertical suspension string length,are completed by determining the parameters of the soft span infrastructure,calculating and measuring the horizontal tension and the lowest suspension point of the horizontal bearing cable and measurement and calculation of the reference point of the rail plane.The mathematical calculation models are established,relevant calculation and verification formulas are derived,and specifications,models,and installation combination parameters of wire parts,components,etc.are determined.At the same time,the development of data measurement tools and cold slip detection devices has effectively improved the engineering measurement,construction and testing accuracy under harsh weather conditions.
