摘 要:对于陶瓷类等烧结材料来说,准确、快速判定其烧成温度范围,是烧结材料创新以及大生产品质控制的决定性一环。在研发低碳陶瓷的实践中,通过应用TA-1601可视化高温形变分析仪,可帮助研发人员了解材料在烧结过程中的变化规律,快速、准确地获知烧成温度范围,进而确定大生产时的烧成制度,达到节能减碳和降低成本的双重功效。笔者通过与传统的电炉试烧法来对比,可视化高温形变分析仪测试结果与传统方法的测试结果高度一致。For ceramics and other sintered materials,accurate and rapid determination of the firing temperature range is a decisive part of sintering material innovation and mass production quality control.In the practice of developing low-carbon ceramics,the application of TA-1601visual high temperature deformation analyzer can help researchers understand the change law of materials in the sintering process,quickly and accurately know the firing temperature range,and then determine the firing system in large-scale production,achieving the dual effect of energy saving and carbon reduction and cost reduction.Compared with the traditional electric furnace test method,the test results of the visual high temperature deformation analyzer are in good agreement with the traditional method.
