司美格鲁肽致荨麻疹伴血管神经性水肿综合征一例

摘　　要：本文报道1例55岁女性患者,在使用司美格鲁肽第8天出现全身瘙痒和面部水肿,尤以嘴唇和眼睑水肿严重,诊断为荨麻疹伴血管神经性水肿,结合病史及用药史,考虑为司美格鲁肽引起的不良反应。停用司美格鲁肽并予以对症治疗后,患者皮疹和水肿消退。司美格鲁肽引起的血管神经性水肿为偶见不良反应,但后果严重,警示医务人员重点关注该不良反应的发生,用药时详细询问患者过敏史,并做好用药教育。This article reported a case of a 55-year-old female patient who developed generalized itching and facial edema on the 8th day after receiving semaglutide,especially severe edema of the lips and eyelids,and she was diagnosed as urticaria with angioneurotic edema.Combined with the history of the disease and the history of medication use,the patient was considered to have an adverse reaction induced by semaglutide.The patient's rash and edema subsided after stopping semaglutide and symptomatic treatment.Angioneurotic edema caused by semaglutide is an occasional adverse reaction,but the consequences are serious.Therefore the medical professionals are suggested to pay attention to the occurrence of this kind of adverse reaction,and to ask the patients about their allergy history and provide drug education.
