摘 要:在数字化技术的支持下,现代建筑朝着超高、大体量和外形复杂两个方向发展。重庆市时尚文化城为解放碑唯一在建超高层,总高度约300m,建筑外表皮由约5000块异形曲面单元板块构成。冷弯原理是利用玻璃和铝型材自身的弹性可弯曲属性,工地现场通过安装时人工合理压弯变形以实现拟合幕墙曲面的最终效果。但对于大体量、异造型的建筑,首先需要BIM技术进行单元幕墙数据系统化,BIM所计算出的精确数据能够分析出符合设计要求的单元幕墙板块冷弯范围,同时指导单元幕墙板块的定位安装,避免幕墙出现阶差。本文以重庆市时尚文化城为例,探讨单元幕墙冷弯技术与BIM技术的结合应用,体现出该应用在单元幕墙设计、下料以及施工中的强大优势,以期为当前单元幕墙施工设计的效率提升提供参考。With the support of digital technology,modern architecture is developing in two directions:ultra-high,large volume and complex shape.Chongqing Fashion Culture City is the only super-high-rise building under construction in Jie Fangbei,with a total height of about 300m,and the outer skin of the building is composed of about 5,000 special-shaped curved surface units.The principle of cold bending is to make use of the elastic and bendable properties of glass and aluminum profiles,and to achieve the final effect of fitting the surface of curtain wall through artificial and reasonable bending deformation during installation.However,for buildings with large volume and different shapes,BIM technology is needed to systematize the data of the unit curtain wall.The accurate data calculated by BIM can analyze the cold bending range of the unit curtain wall plate required by the design review,and guide the positioning and installation of the unit curtain wall plate to avoid the step difference of the curtain wall.Taking Chongqing Fashion Cultural City as an example,this paper discusses the combined application of cold bending technology of unit curtain wall and BIM technology,which reflects the strong advantages of this application in the design,blanking and construction of unit curtain wall,with a view to providing reference for improving the efficiency of current unit curtain wall construction design.
