摘 要:碎石桩的应用是土木工程基础设施建设中常用的一种地基处理方法。主要目的是提高地基承载力,减少变形,增强抗液化能力。但传统的碎石桩监测方法存在施工操作不规范、过程控制不可靠、质量评价不科学等问题。为满足碎石桩施工质量监控的更高要求,本文在分析碎石桩施工质量控制参数的基础上,研究并实现了基于物联网技术的碎石桩施工质量监控系统。该技术可用于砂石桩施工全过程监控,对将传统的施工监控提升到先进的自动化实时过程监控与管理具有重要意义。The application of gravel piles is a commonly used foundation treatment method in civil engineering infrastructure construction.The main purpose is to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation,reduce deformation,and enhance the resistance to liquefaction.However,traditional monitoring methods for gravel piles have problems such as non-standard construction operations,unreliable process control,and unscientific quality evaluation.To meet the higher requirements of quality monitoring for gravel pile construction,this article analyzes the quality control parameters of gravel pile construction and studies and implements a gravel pile construction quality monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology.This technology can be used for monitoring the entire process of sand and gravel pile construction,which is of great significance for upgrading traditional construction monitoring to advanced automated real-time process monitoring and management.
