摘 要:在工作面回采过程中,超前支承压力的变化会对顶板岩层稳定性产生较大影响。为研究超前支承压力对工作面前方岩层的影响范围,以余吾煤业N2106工作面回采为工程背景,现场实测钻孔应力,分析应力与工作面距离之间的变化关系,建立FLAC数值计算模型,分析不同推进距离下工作面顶板岩层破坏规律和工作面前方岩层竖向支承应力变化规律。结果表明,工作面超前支承应力影响范围为56.5 m,距离工作面14.4 m时进入应力快速增长区;距离工作面8 m时应力达到峰值为32.57 MPa,应力增量为27.8 MPa;工作面往前推进52 m时,导裂带与工作面的水平距离约为8 m,与现场实测的距离工作面8 m时应力计数值剧增相对应,导裂带最大高度与工作面的垂直距离约为60 m,与工作面超前支承应力影响范围为56.5 m接近;距工作面前方10 m处应力集中系数达到最大,竖向支承应力也最大达到了31 MPa,与应力计实测峰值32.57 MPa接近。In the mining process of working face,the change of advance abutment pressure will have a greater impact on the stability of roof strata.In order to study the influential range of advanced abutment pressure on the front rock stratum of working face,taking the N2106 working face of Yuwu Coal Industry as the engineering background,the borehole stress was measured on the spot,the relationship between the stress and the distance from the working face was analyzed,and the FLAC numerical calculation model was established.The failure law of the roof strata and the vertical supporting stress variation law of the strata in front of the working face under different advancing distances are analyzed.The results show that the influential range of the stress of the working face is 56.5 m,and the stress increases rapidly when the distance from the working face is 14.4 m.When the distance from the working face is 8 m,the stress reaches the peak value of 32.57 MPa,and the stress increment is 27.8 MPa;When the working face advances forward 52 m,the horizontal distance between the fractured zone and the working face is about 8 m,which corresponds to the sharp increase of the measured stress meter value when the distance is 8 m from the working face,and the maximum height of the fractured zone is about 60 m from the vertical distance of the working face,which is close to the 56.5 m of the stress influential range of the working face.The maximum value of stress concentration coefficient and vertical bearing stress is 31 MPa at 10 m from the front of the working face,which is close to the peak 32.57 MPa measured by the stress meter.
