摘 要:为进一步探究厚煤层沿底托顶小煤柱巷道掘进开采模式下的支护方案优化举措,结合具有该特征的某矿井作为实际研究案例,首先通过三维建模分析,确定其当前存在的位移量偏大、应力偏高和塑性区大面积分布的问题,辅以文献研究,确定具体的巷道支护方案及参数。从数值模拟分析和现场实测2个角度同时着手,对巷道支护方案进行测试。结果显示,优化后的支护技术方案在降低应力和变形方面均发挥出较为显著的作用,证明该技术方案具有一定的实际应用价值。In order to further explore the optimization measures of support schemes in the excavation and mining mode of small coal pillar roadways along the floor of thick coal seams,taking a mine with this feature as an actual research case,the current problems of large displacement,high stress,and large-area distribution of plastic zone are studied through 3D modeling analysis.Then,combined with the related research literature,the specific roadway support scheme and parameters are determined.Finally,starting from both simulation analysis and on-site measurement,the roadway support scheme is tested.The test results shows that the optimized support technology scheme plays a significant role in reducing stress and deformation,proving that the technical scheme has a certain value of practical application.
