摘  要:为积极响应国家节能降耗号召,促进神渭管道输煤项目高效节能。以神渭管道输煤脱水系统为例,分析管输煤浆脱水系统不同生产单元及设备的生产能效。结果表明,提高脱水系统的生产负荷可有效提升脱水系统的生产能效,同时通过增加单台离心机的生产负荷及入料浓度、提高压滤机的入料浓度、控制合理的入料时间等措施来降低产品的单位能耗,从而提高管输煤浆脱水系统的生产能效。In order to actively respond to the national call for energy conservation and consumption reduction,and promote the efficient energy conservation of Shenwei pipeline coal transport project,we taking the dehydration system of Shenwei pipeline coal transport as an example,analyze the production energy efficiency of different production units and equipment of the dehydration system of coal slurry transported by pipeline.The results show that the production energy efficiency of the dehydration system can be effectively improved by increasing the production load of the dehydration system.At the same time,the unit energy consumption of the product can be reduced by increasing the production load and feed concentration of a single centrifuge,boosting the feed concentration of the filter press,and reasonably controlling the feed time,so as to improve the production energy efficiency of the dehydration system.
