摘 要:针对象山矿井12506工作面钻孔服务有效周期较短,钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采量不稳定的问题,研究采用顶板定向长钻孔来代替原有的瓦斯治理措施。通过确定高位顶板裂隙带抽采钻孔的最佳层位和有效控制范围,制定顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术应用方案。现场施工表明,在顶板定向长钻孔的瓦斯抽采模式下,1号钻场的抽采效果显著提升,抽采浓度在4%~25%,整体抽采浓度为12.7%,抽采纯量达到12.29 m^(3)/min;同样,2号钻场单孔抽采浓度在17%~22%,整体抽采浓度为20.3%,抽采纯量达到19.74 m^(3)/min。工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度降至0.4%,有效遏制了上隅角瓦斯超限事故,为矿井提供更有效的瓦斯管控,确保矿井安全运营,抽采效果达到预期目标。In response to the short effective period of drilling service on the 12506 working face of Xiangshan Mine,and the instability of gas extraction concentration and volume in drilling,a study has been conducted to replace the original gas control measures with directional long drilling on the roof.By determining the optimal layer and effective control range of boreholes in the high roof fracture zone for gas extraction,an application plan for roof directional long drilling gas extraction technology is formulated.Based on the on-site construction situation,it is shown that under the gas extraction mode of directional long drilling on the roof,the extraction effect of drilling site 1 is significantly improved,with a concentration range of 4% to 25%,an overall extraction concentration of 12.7%,and a pure extraction volume of 12.29 m~3/min.Similarly,the 2nd drilling site has achieved good results,with a single hole extraction concentration between 17% and 22%,an overall extraction concentration of 20.3%,and a net extraction volume of 19.74 m~3/min.The concentration of gas in the upper corner of the working face has decreased to 0.4%,effectively curbing gas exceeding limit accidents,providing more effective gas management and control for the mine,and further ensuring the safe operation of the mine with the expected extraction goal.
