摘 要:为了研究不同工作面长度对矿压显现规律的影响以及工作面长度变化时支架合理支护强度的变化规律,结合某矿实际地质条件,对不同工作面长度下的矿压显现进行分析计算。结果表明,当工作面长度一定,沿走向方向开挖距离超过450 m时,煤壁片帮和顶板下沉量处于平稳状态,不再受走向开挖距离的影响;以走向一次性开挖450 m计算,沿工作面长度方向,顶板下沉量中部最大,两端最小,呈拱形。随着工作面长度的增加,顶板下沉拱逐渐增大,工作面每增加30 m,顶板下沉量增加率为5%~8%。顶板下沉量能直接反映工作面顶板压力的大小,根据分析计算,工作面每增加30 m,支架合理支护强度应增加5%~8%。In order to study the influence of different working face lengths on the mine strata behavior law and the change law of the reasonable support strength of the support when the working face length changes,combined with the actual geological conditions of a mine,the mine strata behavior under different working face lengths is analyzed and calculated.The analysis shows:when the length of the working face is fixed and the excavation distance along the strike direction exceeds 450 m,the rib spalling and roof subsidence is in a stable state and is no longer affected by the excavation distance along the strike direction;Based on the one-time excavation of 450 m,along the working face direction,the roof subsidence is the largest in the middle and the smallest at both ends in an arch shape.With the increase of the working face length,the roof subsidence arch gradually increases.With the every 30 m increase of the working face,the increasing rate of the roof subsidence is 5%~8%.The roof subsidence can directly reflect the roof pressure.According to the analysis and calculation,the reasonable support strength will increase by 5%~8% with the every 30 m increase of the working face.
